Georgios Safetis

I was born in Thessaloniki in1976. I graduated from the Law School of the Democritus University of Thrace on June of 1998.

During my attendance I actively participated in projects concerning the area of Criminal, International and European Community Law, while during the academic year of 1996 - 1997 I was awarded with an honorary fellowship by the State Scholarships Foundation of the Ministry of National Education.

Since 2000 I was accepted as a lawyer in the law firm of Thessaloniki "LYSIAS", while in 2004 I was promoted as an appeal attorney. As a member of the Bar Association of Thessaloniki, I am an active practitioner of the law since 2000.

I am a member of Association of Lawyers for Motor Vehicles Law in Northern Greece.

Since 2001 I work as an independent attorney for the legal expenses insurance company DAS HELLAS.

Highly qualified, constantly informed for all the forensic developments through the attendance of seminars in criminal law (general criminal law and military criminal law), in the law of insurance disputes and road accidents, in commercial law (securities law and commercial leases law, law of commercial companies, tenancy law, commercial contracts law, consumers law etc) and also in the real estate law and insolvency law.

I have a very good command of English.
