Efterpi Spanou

She was born in Kozani. She is a graduate of the Law Department of the Faculty of Law and Economics of the Aristotle University in Thessaloniki.

She is an active legal practitioner since 1996 as a member of the firm "LYSIAS", and she is now an associate of the firm.

She is specialized in matters of Civil Law and Law of Obligations (distribution of buildings - of joint ownership, work contract) and Family Law (matrimonial matters, Divorces, Alimony - Domestic violence).Specialization in matters concerning Expropriations of real estate - lands of public and private ownership, in judicial and extra-judicial level (Definition of temporary and final price of unit, settlemente and resolve of dispute because of city-planning, recalls of expropriation due to lapse of time).
